Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Revsyt (www.revsyt.com) and related services provided by Meta Insyt LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Revsyt is an AI-powered revenue intelligence and account scoring platform. You describe the technology you sell, submit accounts (individually or via CSV), and receive scores, signal summaries, personas, and outreach angles based on public data research and the inputs you provide. Free credits are offered on signup and do not expire. Paid plans, if introduced, will be governed by additional terms.

Your Account and Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may only submit data you have the right to use. Do not upload personal data of individuals without a lawful basis.
• You will not use the service to violate laws, harass, spam, scrape beyond permitted use, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform.
• Scores and insights are generated from public signals and AI analysis. They are tools to assist prioritization, not guarantees of purchase intent or outcomes. You remain solely responsible for your sales and outreach decisions and compliance with applicable laws (including anti-spam and data-protection rules).

Intellectual Property

We own the platform, algorithms, branding, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of the lists and data you upload. By using the service you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the scoring and related features to you. Generated scores and summaries may be used by you for your internal business purposes.

Credits, Billing, and Cancellation

Free credits are provided as described on the site. Any paid features will be billed according to the plan you select. You may cancel according to the plan terms. We reserve the right to modify pricing or free-credit offerings with notice.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that scores will be error-free, complete, or predictive of actual buying behavior. AI outputs can contain inaccuracies. Public data sources change. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meta Insyt LLC and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or $100 if you have only used free credits).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, your data submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for operational/security reasons. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnification) will survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
